  • RPS’s exclusive Attorney Burial Trust (allowing you the ability to maintain control over the process of funding a Medicaid Exempt Funeral Trust)
  • AssetGuard products – Asset Transfer up to 100k (no underwriting) and 15k Funeral Trust (no underwriting) and a Single Premium Whole Life Insurance Policy (10k allowable by DHHS)
  • Single Premium Immediate Annuity (SPIA)
